The rest: thank you for that. I've been reading more about that kind of thing over the summer, and you're quite right. But it's also reassuring to hear you think I'll be fine. I think it may just be a matter of finding my own style, and being able to hold it when pressed.
I just worry and dither a lot beforehand, and it generally works out anyway.
