Your list for the hamper sounds just the thing, and I appreciate you and Tempest doing the shopping and prep more than I can say. I think we’ll have a good time of it, brief as it must be, and we’ll see what he thinks about Sunday morning. (Thanks for your confidence in my skills, rusty as they are. Temp’s been teasing me mercilessly.)
As to the summer, still no real idea, though I’m guessing I’ll be in New London most of the time when I’m not at YPL events. More when I know it myself, but I would like to come home stay and see everyone for a day or two. On the rest, well, this week and last have been challenging for several reasons. I’d be doing more research if the weather cooperated, but other than that, it’s been tremendously better than March or April were. (Scarcely takes much, mind.)
The flood of notes from the aunts and cousins has finally died down, though the more you can do to convince them to lay off advice on how to get Raz to propose, the happier I’ll be. (I’m ignoring all of it, taking things as they come, and enjoying the time we do have together. Pushing is so clearly not the right thing.) I have been writing to cousin Mel a bit more, and that’s been very pleasant.
(And how is Diane doing with her latest? Andie’s excited to get back and be helpful.)
