Private message to Justin Finch-Fletchley

Mr Finch-Fletchley -
Congratulations on joining the sett! I understand you had a pleasant conversation with the Sorting Hat last night, and that we'll be welcoming you next year. I'm certain your yearmates will welcome you with all the grace I'd expect of our shared house, but if you do have any need for assistance, please let me or Professor Sprout know.
(She - and I - are a bit more hands on than many others, in terms of the House. She often stops by the Common Room before breakfast, and I stop by regularly before supper, but you can always send us a note, or stop by our offices or workspaces.)
Related, I'm sure you've been told the basics already about Hannah Abbott's death last year, but if you've additional questions, we'd rather you bring them to Professor Sprout or to me, rather than to students in the house. At least for the initial round. It is still, as you can imagine, a difficult subject for many of them.
Beyond that, though, I'm writing - and I'm hoping you'll excuse the message rather than finding a more private route, but I'm a bit pressed for time - because you and I should talk, at least briefly, about the plans for your summer that involve the YPL and CCF activities. (We should also discuss your astronomy background, but that's far less urgent.)
I've already been in contact with Mr Rosier regarding some ideas, and with the Jugsons, but in order to determine some specifics, we should discuss some of your coursework in more detail, so that we can catch you up on specific skills if needed. (Also, as I forgot to inquire of Mr Rosier: do you swim? It is relevant for the CCF weeks this summer.)
Do you have time either tomorrow or Friday afternoon, at 3:30? I expect the conversation would take perhaps half an hour, but I'd prefer to pick a time when other students wouldn't be around my office.
