It's going to be such a difficult term, Georg, and unpredictable, and you know what I'm like with unpredictable, even if I've had to get a lot better at it than I used to be.

I can't help but think that any organisation named for a bird who is born and dies in flame, over and over again, is scarcely going to be restful either. (It certainly has not been so far.)
